Our Mission

Founded in July 2020, Qobra is a SaaS software that transforms salespeople's variable compensation into a real lever for motivation and retention. Qobra automates commission calculation and makes it understandable and motivating for sales teams. 

Sales operations can implement their compensation rules using the intuitive calculation engine, while salespeople can see their compensation in real-time as soon as they sign new clients.

In two years, Qobra has attracted over 100 clients across 11 countries such as Doctolib, Ankorstore, Spendesk, Agicap, Pretto, Skello, Partoo, Indy, Welcome to the Jungle, Didomi, and Gymlib, and plans to continue its growth!

Qobra raised €10 million in September 2023 to accelerate its product and commercial development.

Qobra is an up and rising startup that exudes energy, friendship and optimism. Above that, they have achieved incredible success in less than three years: after creating Qobra, their SaaS software, they raised €5 in Seed in January 2022 and €10 Million in Serie-A in September 2023 to sustain their ever-expanding growth!

Their clients: Doctolib, Ankorstore, Spendesk, Welcome to the Jungle, Gymlib and many more who’ve adopted their genius sales compensation solution.

Their goal: becoming the reference software for Global Revenue Operations teams.

Their pledge to diversity and gender equity: from 34% women in the workforce to 50% in the next few years, and opening their board and C-level positions to females. Ambitious? Hell yes! We grew up believing that we can be whoever we want and accomplish whatever we choose, regardless of gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation. Because our company is on the rise and so fast paced, we need support to help us achieve our goals of being truly inclusive and promote gender equity. Our first target for the female workforce inside Qobra is to go from 25% to 30% in 2023 and they are already halfway there. But our final objective is to attain complete parity, up to the top of the management. We know that with 50inTech, we’ll get there!
