Your Mission
We are looking for a confirmed backend Software Engineer to join the Care team, where you will focus on building the backoffice powering the daily work of hundreds of customer relation agents.
Your role will be to contribute as part of a full stack team to delivering the most efficient tooling for a 360 view of our members across all our supplies (carpool, train, buses).

Your responsibilities

  • Participating in the design, development, and maintenance of our Java services that empower various automation and serve the backoffice frontend.
  • Participating in the whole application lifecycle, meaning: early meetings, design, development, test strategy, deployment to production, observability, and support.
  • Participating in the definition of the projects with the product team to find the most relevant solutions for our customer relation agents.
  • Interacting with people with different roles and backgrounds, and sharing your technical expertise with a mix of technical, product, and business experts.

  • Your qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience from companies with a strong engineering culture, within a growth context.
  • You are fluent in Java and have knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit and Mockito.
  • You have hands-on experience with Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • You know what service-oriented architecture looks like, and you can determine when to apply a given architectural pattern.
  • You have good communication skills, you’re humble and you're a team player
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
