Talent Acquisition Manager

Full time
You will have the great responsibility of supporting Combo's growth by assisting our hiring managers with their recruitment needs (all kind of profiles) ๐Ÿคฉ, with a focus on developing our employer brand. You will join our people team and will be directly reporting to our Chief People Officer.

Your main missions

- Interacting with hiring managers (CTO, Head of Sales, CEO, Head of CSM, etc.) to anticipate their needs, draft the job descriptions, the score cards and the different recruitment stages, via our ATS Lever;
- Implementing the most effective sourcing strategies (cooptation, headhunting, advertising, etc.)
- Actively hunting for tech talents;
- Handling applications from A to Z;
- Ensuring a top-class candidate experience;
- Monitoring and analyzing your main KPIโ€™s;
- Co-creating and driving the company's employer brand efforts;
- Co-creating and driving the on-boarding programs

You're passionate about the Talent acquisition activity and you also want to work on issues such as employer branding.
A first successful experience in Tech / Product / Business (2 years minimum) in start-ups/scale ups companies ****
a hunter's mindset with super-efficient management of your candidate pipeline
expertise in sourcing and hunting tools
you know how to prioritize your focus and efforts between very different jobs and positions
Hunting, calling and closing in English as well as in French is not a problem for you !
