The Role
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and help us build and optimize AI-driven solutions with real-world impact. We've already implemented several use cases in production, and as we continue to innovate in this space, your expertise will be crucial in enhancing and expanding our AI capabilities.

In this role, you will work closely with other AI and Product Engineers to develop cutting-edge AI products that address complex challenges, such as:

-assessing patient eligibility for clinical trials
-predicting a hospital’s success in a clinical trial
-helping pharmaceutical companies easily assess a hospital’s application with automated checks and data points

You will also collaborate with product and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and ensure our AI models are efficient, accurate, and effective.

Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will:
-Develop and optimize AI products in collaboration with Product Engineers to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
-Work with product and business teams to qualify requirements, ensuring that the AI models align with business goals and performance expectations.
-Support the use of observability and monitoring tools to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of AI models.
-Participate in hands-on tasks such as manual data labeling, building prototypes, and setting up internal tools.

Qualifications
Must-have:
-At least 5 years of experience in Data, Development or Machine Learning roles
-At least 1 year of professional, hands-on experience working with LLMs and related tools in production
-Strong Python programming skills
-Proven problem-solving abilities and experience deploying AI-based features
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-Must be located in France

Nice-to-have:
-Experience working with health data.
-Familiarity with web development (JS)
