Strategic Account Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own the expansion of our footprint within Strategic Customers and ensure the successful adoption of our solution within our existing customers. You will act as the main reference point for those accounts, representing Lynceus within the customer and representing the customer within Lynceus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer success:
    • Educate customers on Lynceus solution usage and impact
    • Coordinate support and implement collection, escalation, tracking, and resolution processes within Lynceus
    • Proactively monitor Lynceus product performance, taking preemptive action when necessary
    • Lead business reviews, demonstrating and promoting the impact of Lynceus on customer’s operations
    • Collect, prioritize and share customer feature requests with the product team, ensuring transparency in their delivery
    • Represent the customer within Lynceus
  2. Footprint expansion:
    • Identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion within customer account
    • Participate in pitching presentations to relevant customer stakeholders
    • Lead drafting of SOW documents and alignments on new projects deliverables and timelines
    • Coordinate with Lynceus Delivery team to ensure timely execution of new projects
  3. Account mapping:
    • Forge key relationships within the customer's organization and build sponsor and champion support
    • Develop acute understanding of customer objective, constraints and priorities
    • Map customer decision making process
    • Identify key customer stakeholders and decision makers and understand their perception of Lynceus
    • Measure and optimize customer satisfaction KPI, SLA compliance, and account ROI for Lynceus

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Strategic Account Manager will be a critical addition to our team, bringing extensive customer-facing experience and driving the successful adoption and expansion of our product. 

As the first role based outside of the EU in Lynceus, we are looking for someone with strong self-drive and independence. 

  • Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience within enterprise accounts.
  • Operational mindset with a track record of driving projects to successful closure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and willingness to adapt to rapid growth.
  • Proven reliability in executing tasks even under high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interest and experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Experience in expanding regional organizations and team development
