  • Our Data Office Unit aims to support our business through its three squads, responsible for collecting and modeling data, creating tools to exploit, transform, and finally, valorize IT (Data Analytics).

  • You will orchestrate and challenge the strategic vision of your 2 peers to deliver an internal DATA and AI service catalog (PaaS and SaaS).

  • You will participate with the team in production and industrialization missions.


Your main responsibilities :

  • Ensure the consistency of technological choices made by technical experts while being responsible for the deliverables produced by your team (quality/cost/timeliness/security).
  • Support teams in implementing the product/project/roadmap strategy defined with the management.
  • Manage resources (human and technical) to ensure the roadmap for your scope.
  • Drive and support transformation within your team.


Your future impact


In 6 months you will have accomplished

  • Construction of the roadmap and workload plan with other managers of the Unit.
  • Rationalization of the functional scope (tooling & automation).
  • Increasing quality and performance through metrology and alerting.
  • Migration of the technical stack to state-of-the-art new infrastructures.


Skills required :

  • You are able to technically support teams in their daily tasks and perform certain technical tasks yourself.
  • You are recognized for your communication skills, pedagogy, transparency, and ability to engage employees in the company's vision and ambition.
  • You are proactive and committed to supporting transformation within your team.

That's a plus :

  • You have previously occupied a DataOps position.
