About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work within the Lead Management Stack team to build and scale PayFit Website marketing strategy.
Your role will be to lead the Website (payfit.com & all the related pages) design vision hand in hand with your product manager, engineering manager & marketing manager.

· You’ll work closely with engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy roadmap and short-term tactics for our upcoming initiatives.
· You will collaborate with other PayFit stakeholders (PMs, Sales, Support, Customers, etc.) to understand customers' needs and pain points, and to co-create solutions in business opportunities together.
· You will represent the users' voice to your squad as you build and ship new features together. You will develop quick solutions, in cooperation with product managers and engineers, to feed the product roadmap.
· Alongside the Design Director and other Designers, you will build, challenge, and work alongside the PayFit design chapter team.

This role is for you if you :

· Have At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, creating software products with excellent user experience.
· Love translating complex problems into simple, easy, and memorable solutions.
· Have an experience and strong opinions about Web Design best practices & design patterns
· Have experience with CMS tools such as Hubspot/Mailchimp/DatoCMS etc..
· Able to work with UX Writing principles to iterate on pages content to better sell our value proposition for each audience
· Are Adaptable, you have a mindset to “Think out of the box”.
· Use Data as a strong ally to justify the choices proposed backed up by quantitative/qualitative insights, best practices, etc.
· Design system is your best ally, you understand the importance in maintaining consistency and providing a better experience in the product.
· Balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach, comes easy to you.
· Able to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.

Your future team:

You will be part of a passionate and dedicated squad that integrates 4 Full-stack developers, 1 Product Manager, 1 Marketing Manager, and 1 Engineering Manager. Your future manager, Thomas is a Design Director with more than +10 years of experience, and is passionate about simplicity, and user experience design in SaaS B2B. He will ensure your smooth onboarding and further involvement in your role!

Hiring process:

1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30-45 min)
2. Next step will be a meeting with your Design Director with whom you will touch and share more Design topics of your own experience (45 min)
3. You will then meet your Triforce (Product Manager - Gilles + Marketing manager - Alex) to talk about the daily job and impact of the team (45min)
4. The last step would be having a discussion with our VP Design (30 min)
5. Then you will meet your own team (Engineers) for an informal coffee (20min) ⇒ informal meetup before the final offer
