🎯 Why This Role Matters
Strapi is embracing a Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) strategy in 2025. As part of this shift, we’re evolving our sales approach to better serve a fast-growing customer base and changing market dynamics.
You’ll be joining a small but highly impactful team of five: our Head of Sales, Sales Engineer, Partner Development Manager, and two Account Executives. Together, we focus on winning new logos and growing existing accounts.
This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a startup with double-digit revenue growth, working with world-class organisations like Tesco, Adidas, Airbus, eBay, Toyota, and more. Your job: build relationships, earn trust, and help our customers succeed with Strapi Enterprise.

🗓 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understand customer needs and ensure Strapi is the right fit for their project.
  • Own the full sales cycle, qualifying leads and building trusted relationships (new logo and expansion).
  • Manage mid-market and complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Developers, Product, Marketing).
  • Navigate negotiations, procurement and legal processes to close deals.
  • Ensure a smooth post-sale handoff to User Success.
  • Keep CRM up to date (HubSpot).
  • Document sales processes and contribute to our internal Sales Handbook.
  • Share user feedback with Product to influence roadmap direction.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives in your assigned territory.
  • Become an expert in Strapi and the Headless CMS ecosystem.

  • 🧠 About You

  • Passion for helping users and creating value.
  • Interest in technical products and hands-on curiosity.
  • Strong discovery mindset—always asking “why?”
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly selling to technical audiences (e.g., developers).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Aligned with Strapi’s values of care, openness, and empowerment.

  • Are familiar with the JAMstack or modern web development ecosystem.
