About the Role
We are seeking a talented, motivated and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our team; experience in data engineering would be a plus. You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to guide decision-making across the company. You will be responsible in building dashboards with the different stakeholders (PMs, Growth, RevOps), supporting the team to define relevant success metrics, following them and infuse a data-driven & growth mindset within the team. Additionally, your expertise in data engineering will help establish and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of our analytics systems.

Locations available: France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Romania, Lithuania - unfortunately these are the only countries that we are hiring in right now.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Data Analysis
ใƒปAnalyze complex datasets to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
ใƒปDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
ใƒปIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
โ€ข Collaboration
ใƒปWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
ใƒปAdvocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization.
โ€ข (Optional, if relevant to your profile) Data Engineering
ใƒปDesign, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support data processing needs.
ใƒปEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms.
ใƒปCollaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable and efficient data storage solutions.

Qualifications
ใƒปProven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. An experience in Data Engineering would be a bonus.
ใƒปStrong proficiency in SQL
ใƒปExperience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
ใƒปFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage solutions (e.g., RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
ใƒปHands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka).
ใƒปSolid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
ใƒปExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ใƒปStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills
ใƒปExperience working in open-source or SaaS companies.
ใƒปKnowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.
ใƒปFamiliarity with the Strapi CMS or other headless CMS platforms.
