๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Why your role is important at Strapi

Are you passionate about the world of Open Source, Frontend development, and Developer Tools?
The Marketing team at Strapi is looking for a Product Advocate with a technical background and previous Strapi experience.
Partner very closely with our Growth marketing team, as well as our Sales team. Youโ€™ll have the unique opportunity to interact directly with Strapi users and prospects who are considering upgrading to Strapi Cloud or Strapi Enterprise.

๐Ÿ“‹ What will my job look like daily?

- Effectively manage inbound lead flow i.e Identify and qualify potential new customers to kick off sales cycles.
- Accelerate product adoption by providing support and educational resources.
- Engage and assist users, prospects, and community members, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience.
- Advocate effectively for Strapi as the preferred platform, demonstrating its benefits to prospects.
- Meet or exceed Product Advocate pipeline targets
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot

- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences.
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
- You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
- Deep understanding and personal appreciation of Open Source, Headless CMS such as Strapi, and frontend technologies such as Next.js.
- Passionate about being a part of Strapiโ€™s journey
- Strong interest and willingness to learn and try new things
- Previous tech industry experience is a big plus
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Globally we require excellent written and spoken English which is our company language

Strapi has made a commitment to only work with inclusive recruitment companies and is expanding its reach across several platforms and communities to diversify its pipeline, and source candidates from underrepresented groups.
