๐Ÿ” What is Taster?

Our vision is to revolutionise quick-service restaurants worldwide by crafting mouthwatering, iconic brands with top creators and then distributing them through next-generation franchise networks supercharged by technology and innovation.

Taster is at the forefront of the food delivery revolution in Europe, bringing the franchise model to the digital age with leading delivery-first brands, best-in-class technology, and an asset-light business model leveraging established delivery platforms and supply partners.

With +100% YoY growth over the past three years, over โ‚ฌ135m in yearly GMV in 2024, and profitability achieved, Taster operates within a $365bn global marketโ€” backed by top-tier investors like Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures.

๐Ÿ”Ž Why are we hiring?

To achieve our ambitious vision, Taster operates on three foundational pillars:

  • Ops & Network: Overseeing supply chain management and our franchise network across various countries.

  • Revenue: Managing delivery platforms, click & collect, and local marketing initiatives.

  • Power to Creators: Collaborating with key creators to bring our brands to life.

As our network grows, ensuring consistent, high standards in food safety and quality across all sites has become critical. We are looking for a dedicated FSQA Manager to structure and implement a proactive strategy to mitigate risk and maintain trust with customers and partners. This role will ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and swift, effective handling of issues before they escalate.

๐Ÿค What will you do?

Quality & Safety Strategy

  • Implement and continuously improve our quality and food safety strategy in the field, in coordination with operational teams, suppliers, and partner kitchens.

  • Ensure compliance of practices with local and European regulations, as well as with our internal standards.

Supplier & Partner Audits

  • Lead regular audits of suppliers to ensure ingredient quality and food safety from the very start of the value chain.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of partner kitchens and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.

  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying risks early through structured supplier assessment and follow-up.

Compliance & Regulatory Interface

  • Act as the quality contact for health authorities during inspections or regulatory audits.

  • Guarantee full traceability and compliance across the supply chain.

Risk Monitoring & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze quality indicators (non-conformities, complaints, incidents, audits) to identify areas for improvement and prevent risks.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all touchpoints.

Training & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support operational teams through training, practical tools, and on-site assistance for quality-related issues.

  • Contribute to cross-functional quality-related projects in collaboration with procurement, production, supply chain, and product development teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: 5+ years in quality and food safety in a multi-site environment (e.g. catering, food production, retail).

  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HACCP, traceability, and Food Safety Management Systems.

  • Mindset: Rigorous, autonomous, field-oriented, and solution-driven.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with various stakeholders.

  • Organization: Able to juggle multiple projects efficiently.

  • Language: Fluency in French required; English is a plus.
