Operating within the global online food delivery market that is expected to be worth $365 billion by 2030 and backed by Tier-1 investors, including Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures, Taster has raised $50m to date to support its ambitious growth ambitions with significant untapped opportunity remaining.
๐Why we open this position ?
We are a small team of less than 50 FTEs, split over Paris (70% of the staff) and London and are planning to increase to around 60 people by the end of 2024. Our People goal is to make Taster the best place to work in the food industry.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will independently manage all Human Resources issues in France, the UK and the opening markets. Your business awareness will enable you to support operational teams in the country we have now and the ones of tomorrow. As the the first point of contact for all employees on all HR matters You will lead the HR function for the group, building and improving several processes. You will implement and guarantee an innovative employee experience at every stage;

In a context of growth, support and drive smooth change to promote an excellent HR experience in all countries.
People Development
Develop, with managers, an innovative career path for everyone, based on career monitoring, annual interviews and all tools linked to individual performance and development;
Support the performance, skills assessment and career management process throughout the year;
Develop, implement and report on the training plan.
Personnel administration
Manage payroll with the help of an outsourced service provider (entry of payroll variables, correction of pay slips). You don't need to be a payroll specialist, but an interest in the subject may prove useful;
Ensure the administrative management of integrations and departures.
Legal management
Oversee compliance and labour relations in France: manage CSE meetings, ensure that collective bargaining agreement requirements are met. Punctually manage a wider range of topic in other countries.
Ensure compliance with the annual HR legal calendar
Act as HR Business and Lead the People Culture
You will define the People strategy and then implement it to make Taster a best place to work;
Accompany and support managers in their managerial steps;
Support teams in their recruitment processes;
ring innovative ideas and concepts that will improve the quality of life at work: facilitate internal communication and promote the corporate, People culture and employer brand.
๐ค Is it really for me ?
You have between 5-10 years experience in generalist HR position;
You have led HR projects, ideally in an international context;
You have entrepreneurial mindset: you are hands-on, and willing to roll up your sleeves;
If you have worked in companies that have been recognized as best place to work, this is a plus;
Experience in a Digital companies is a plus;
You are a foodie and enjoy tasting new products.
