Our Mission

Website translation: make it easy! Weglot is a SaaS solution that makes languages to a website easy – as it should be!

Weglot is used by +60k companies and industries to translate their websites. Our vision: providing a solution so effortless that one day, all the websites will be multilingual.

Founded in 2016, Weglot is a user-friendly SaaS platform providing a multilingual service for website owners. The translation solution improves the global accessibility and visibility of company sites. Having raised €45 million in Series A funding round from Partech in 2022, Weglot is growing and building their talented team to evolve and add more features to their product.

Today, Weglot’s growing crew is +40 people, and they’re building a talented and diverse team. The company values people over anything else: when it comes to who they hire, diversity, inclusiveness and open-mindedness are as important as the hardest of skills. And when it comes to promoting and empowering women, they have both the want and the way: 50% of women in managerial roles and in product, 30% in the workforce (from 27% in 2022).

We’re an international team: offering our crew flexibility is ensuring the best work-life balance conditions for everyone.

  • We encourage autonomy: to accommodate your imperatives of schedule and balance personal commitments, we offer remote or hybrid work: a 2-day in-office, 3-day home
  • Flexible holiday: yes, and on top of that, we offer a 3-week full remote working to allow our teams to work anywhere in the world.

Parenthood and Caregiving

In 2022, we were blessed with our first employees becoming mums. We support them all the way and aim to offer parents the best working conditions whether it means adapting our remote policies or creating a safe, clean, and comfortable space where mums can privately pump and store milk during working hours!

Recruitment Process

At Weglot, we make sure that candidates get the best application experience. We want to be as transparent as we can be from the beginning of our recruitment process and let applicants know about our operations, the people they need to meet, the length of the process (we aim for no more than 2 weeks, but it’s dependent on everyone’s availability), and so on.
