Finance Operations Officer (H/F) - CDI

Job description

You will join our Finance team and report directly to Julian, our Finance Manager. As our first Finance Operations individual, you will be responsible for conducting and improving our finance operational processes whether that be in relation with the Sales administration, Spending management or Customer experience. This is a genuine opportunity to embrace a comprehensive set of operational stakes an internationally-exposed scale-up may face where your key missions notably include:

  • Product Catalog: maintain our product catalog up-to-date across our systems

  • Quote-to-cash (Sales): ensure a seamless sales operations workflow from purchase orders to cash collection in collaboration with the Sales and Legal team.

  • Revenue Recovery (Self-service): Conduct protocols in reducing and recovering failed payments from our PSPs (Stripe & GoCardless).

  • Billing User Experience: Improve the users billing experience all along their life cycle: maintenance, support and evolution.

  • Partnerships Collaboration: Codify and execute our process with our Resellers, Tech partners (CMS), Affiliates and Web agencies.

  • Accounting collaboration: liaise with our external accounting partner to ensure they have all required data for the monthly reporting, and conduct regular audit about the accuracy of their data

  • Operational Monitoring: Conduct regular operational audits and reports to identify and quantify anomalies and bugs to overhaul.

  • Spending Management: Proceed with our account payables and be the guardian of our internal expense policy.

  • Ad-hoc Projects: Management project with respect to ancillary and ad-hocs projects (i.a. implementation of Fx Bank management and suppliers procurement)

Preferred experience

  • 0-2 years of experience,ย 

  • Fluent in French and English,

  • Driven by the startup environment, familiar with SaaS solutions

  • Great analytical skills: experience using different admin and finance tool (i.a. CRM, PSP and invoicing systems)

  • Rigorous
