Your mission
We are looking for a Junior Revenue Management & Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing team, part of the Western Europe Bus department at BlaBlaCar on a 5-month fixed-term contract starting April 2025. Their mission is to maximize revenue on the portfolio you are in charge of, during a period with very high demand during the summer period.
As Junior analyst, your role is to apply the dynamic pricing on buses by monitoring both KPI of performance and the competition prices. 
You will be reporting to RMP Team Lead and working with a team of 9 members. 

Your responsibilities

  • Compiling and analyzing data on our bus activity
  • Before lines opening, define the price schedules and the number of seats put up for sale at each price, according to the bus performance observed in the past, the service and the competitive positioning determined by BlaBlaCar. 
  • Once the lines are open : Monitoring lines till the day of departures by analyzing commitments on the buses, competition rates, past bus trips
  • Studying market and competitors activity as a basis of future pricing strategies
  • Collaborating with Network team to ensure optimal pricing

  • Your qualifications

  • Available from mid-April (5-months mission) 
  • First experience or theoretical knowledge in revenue management & pricing is required
  • First experience with RMS tool in transport sector is a nice-to-have
  • Strong ability to synthesize and lead analysis based on data
  • Proficiency in MS Excel 
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • Full working proficiency in French & English
