What you'll do
Design and train the sales teams on what a best-in-class demo looks like
Build custom workflows in Gorgias to showcase business outcomes
The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops
Become a product expert for our largest merchants, using your knowledge of our product to solve their most complex usecases
Execute on sandbox programs with our merchants to validate Gorgias fits their requirements
Assist sales in responding to customer RFIs
Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state
Who you are
2+ years of sales or pre-sales experience in tech
Experienced with APIs, Webhooks, and basic python
Basic understanding of helpdesks and or ticketing systems
Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to SMB/MM C-Level Executives
Experience in value based selling
Preferred experience in e-commerce
You want to step up to the challenge of hustling to scale our sales process
Ability to understand complex ideas and automate processes
