In this role, you will shape our training and development initiatives, ensuring our team thrives. You will identify training needs, plan our onboarding program, and use data-driven insights to drive professional growth and satisfaction. You will also set up and analyze our engagement surveys to maintain a motivated team. What Makes You Special

• Learning and Development Specialist. You bring first experiences in a People/HR role with a focus on learning and development, talent development, or similar areas.
• Bachelor’s degree. You’ve graduated or are about to graduate in Psychology, Business Education or similar. 
• Strategic and Creative Thinker. You are innovative and strategic, passionate about delivering meaningful, memorable experiences that drive employee engagement and development.
