Your deep knowledge of the DACH market and expertise in both digital and offline marketing will be key in ensuring our success. By joining our team, you’ll be able to contribute to our growth while collaborating closely with sales to tackle regional targets.
What Makes You Special
- 4+ Years' Experience: You bring a proven track record in marketing towards the DACH market, allowing you to create and implement regional level marketing plans and to work with stakeholders to bring them to life and deliver growth.
- Event Marketing Expertise: You have a history of managing and executing both virtual and physical events, ensuring every interaction builds meaningful connections that drive brand awareness and pipeline.
- Campaign Execution: You excel at creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads. Whether through email, social, industry media or paid media, your strategies consistently focus on delivering business results.
- Sales Collaboration: You work seamlessly with sales teams, aligning marketing strategies to pipeline targets and contributing directly to revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Language Skills: As a native German speaker, you'll work with our wider team to craft compelling content and communicate fluently, ensuring that all marketing materials resonate authentically with our target audience. Fluent written and spoken English is also required.
- DACH Content Expertise: You’re skilled at producing impactful marketing materials tailored to our industry and region, working with internal and external resources to develop content that converts.
- Digital Marketing Prowess: You are adept in digital marketing strategies, from SEO to paid campaigns, and and you can work closely with our Paid and Organic leads.
- Budget Management: You know how to maximize ROI, ensuring that budget is spent strategically and contributes to long-term success.
- Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, you can seamlessly manage campaigns, track leads, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You’re comfortable with marketing automation tools to nurture leads and optimize outreach efforts.
- Strategic and Growth-Oriented: You have a sharp strategic mindset, and are always looking for ways to optimize, improve, and grow our impact in the DACH region.
