As a Tech M&A Officer, you will join the Tech Mission team within the Tech Office, overseeing the overall Tech transformation agenda and driving the Tech performance & operational efficiency.
Your key missions:
Overseeing key technological operations during merger, acquisition, and divesture (M&A&D) processes.
The main missions include assessing the technology and Tech infrastructure, defining strategies for integrating or separating Tech systems, identifying technological synergies, dyssynergies, and risks, managing tech due diligence processes and post merger integration
Due-Diligence: Analysis of the Tech systems, Tech organization & operating model, assessing risks, opportunities and impacts (either buyer or seller side)
Carve-Out: Contribute to planning and defining an IT separation/divestiture plan - assessing dependencies related to the divesture process, analyzing standalone scenarios of the target (incl. impact on information system), identifying cutover activities, and evaluating separation costs related to the transaction
Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Define a standard PMI approach/strategy for newly acquired businesses by Pernod Ricard, Contribute to planning and defining a standard IT integration plan (e.g., IT blueprint, Day-1 readiness plan and target operating model). Execute the IT integration, report status to the relevant stakeholders and facilitate the transition to the Business-as-usual mode (BAU)

- Top engineering or business school degree in Management, Finance or Information Systems
- You have 8 + years consulting experience, specializing in M&A projects, Tech transformation, and organizational change.
- Proficiency in oral and written English is mandatory
- You have excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
